Paul Blackstone
Group CEO
Paul’s experience spans China, Asia, Australia, Europe, and North and South America in leadership roles with some of the largest global consumer goods and education companies.
He is a well-known education expert having been the CEO of the global education giant, Pearson’s education companies in China for over 8 years and led the operations through its most successful period of growth. Prior to that, Paul founded one of the first online language learning companies and provides strategic consultancy to some of the largest education companies globally. He sits on the Board of high-quality education companies in China, Vietnam and Malaysia including YOLA, WSE (MY) and SummitLearn.
Catherine Wang

Catherine has held important senior management roles with well-known Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer and Avon and the largest multi-national organisations operating in China.
Having worked with the leading Global and Chinese brands, she has unique insights into the development of successful organisations and the importance of providing the very best customer experience across all digital and offline environments. With 15 years as a senior leader in the education industry working with Pearson owned companies in China, the teams she leads are continuously challenging themselves to add value provide our students with the very best experience and learning outcomes.
Richard Giddings

Managing Director
Richard has more than 25 years of successful business operations experience with a focus on education and health industries.
Across extensive senior management and business development experience in China and South East Asia, Richard has led and provided consultancy to the largest and fastest growing K-12 and English language training companies in the world including British International Schools, EtonKids, Language Link and Pearson owned companies in China. With a background in Teaching and Academic management, he approaches education operations from a student-first perspective and builds an organisational culture that is dedicated to student success.
